3. “When I call the agency with a question, who would I be speaking with?”
4. “May I have three references?”
5. “What ratings do the insurers have that you might use?”
6. “What systems do you have to help manage your business?”
7. “How do you define customer service?”
8. “What is your policy for returning phone calls?”
9. “How long do you usually keep a client?”
10. “What makes you skilled at what you do?”
11. “Do you have any industry awards?”
12. “Will I have to ask for my renewal to be processed?”
